This listing is for one made to order custom hand painted watercolor portrait of your home. I use 8x10 cold pressed 140 lb. high quality watercolor paper. This listing does not include a frame, just the 8x10 portrait will be mailed to you.

Currently, I will send your portrait in 5-6 weeks from time of order.

Pricing starts at $110, this includes a family of up to 6 figures in front. If the portrait is particularly involved, I will let you know beforehand if it requires extra, then I will create a custom listing for you.

1. Order this listing.
2. Convo me a CLEAR photo of the front of your house. It must be as clear as possible (I may be able to eliminate vehicles and other objects from the yard if they are not obstructing too much of the structure).
3. Include in the convo any extra details you want to be presented on your portrait (example: a special wine chime, or a unique potted plant).
4. Include the caption you would like on the bottom (typically just the street address. Other ideas: “Our First Home,” “Home Sweet Home,” and the years you lived in the home. If you currently live in the home, you could put for example “2012- “)
5. Once I finish the rough pencil sketch, I will send you a photo in convos. Please look it over and approve it so that I can finish with ink/paint.
6. I will finish your painting and package it, then mail it to you. :)
